Wide Leg Pants - The Anti Skinny
I really wish I could pull off skinny pants. But when you are cury, skinny pants exggerate your otherwise beautiful curves. I say, buck the trend, and go with a more glamorous, and much more curvy friendly shape-the wide leg trouser.
Nanette Lepore, Cynthia Steffe and Zac Posen are all doing them in fabulous vintage style. But we found a pair of wide leg pants that have a very flattering rise-they sit at the waist, and much more affordable.

Personally, I would probably wear a blouse that was fitted at the waist, maybe a slim button down with short sleeves, just to keep the mid section streamline.
You could also wear a tissue thin cashmere top, but maybe something with a bit of a puff shoulder to keep things long and lean.

If you are presenting these pants to "curvy" girl, then why not put a curvy girl in them?! I would never buy those pants just for that reason.

Unfortunately, Ann Taylor Loft didn't feature these pants on a curvy model. Otherwise, it would've been perfect!
If you happen to find a pic of wide leg pants on a curvy model, please do post it!
