Anna Sui Spring 2007

The only designer that does Boho right is Anna Sui. I don't especially like Boho stuff, but somehow, she can add some edge and get away with it without looking like a crazy bag lady. No offense Ashley and Kate.

My favorite dress is this stiped, rose border print one that is very influenced by 50s full skirt dresses and the official colors of punk rock, red, white and black. And of course the stripes.

Mattel is selling a collector Anna Sui Boho Doll at the Toy Store.
But the outfit isn't as cute like the one above.

You are so right on! Anna Sui truly is the only major label that gets Boho. Others try, but they end up with ridiculous patterns and ill-fitting fashions. Thanks for keeping it real!

Liz,
Thanks for the heads up on the Anna Sui doll! They probably picked one of her truly Boho dresses. I like that she is able to mix styles that I would never dream of and make it work.

Vintage Children's Clothing,
thanks for the compliment. Nothing worse than ill fitting ugly patterns.
