Vintage Shine & Shimmer

The middle of the 20th century was a time for innovation in design and industry. And in the fashion world, it was a time of glamour and cocktails. It was completely proper to wear a gittery frock o a neighbor's house for cocktails, records on the Hi-Fi and mingling.

Cocktail dresses in the flashiest of metallics or sprinkled with bling are all the rage again. Add a modern touch like opaque leggings, booties, or a casual belt to keep from looking costume-y.

It's not too late to order some fabulous dress such as these babies. But hurry! Time is running out.

Already have the perfect LBD but need a little something to give it some glitz? Opt for vintage accessories like a rhinestone brooch, clear lucite necklace or rhinestone drop earrings.
