Mix It Up - Vintage & New - Neo Mod Look
I am always flattered when people, including people in the fashion industry, ask me where I got something I am wearing. Some even go as far as asking me if I'm a stylist.
In reality, all I'm doing is mixing my beloved vintage with modern pieces. Stylists and costume designers have been doing this for ever. Patricia Field is the queen of the old/new mix.
So I'd like to start a new installment called Mix It Up. Let me know what you think of my Neo Mod look.
Mix a Marc Jacobs jersey dress with a beautiful back neckline treatment and a bold vintage mod necklace and you'll take a basic to intriguing. You always want to add a bit of surprise to your outfit and vintage is a perfect way to do this.
