Glamour Inspiration: Vintage Brooch Bouquet

vintage brooch bouquet

I saw this vintage brooch bouquet featured on one of my top five fave blogs - This Is Glamorous. I love this idea, and it's so much more practical for a wedding. Flowers die! This bouquet can be taken apart and worn. Or simply laid on a vanity and admired. I thought it was such a clever idea. I wish I could have another wedding.

Ooooh, that's really gorgeous! I love it.

I think I'd need a wedding every year to incorporate all the new things I see and think "I'd have loved to have that"

Such a beautiful piece. My wedding will be full of them!

Thank you so much for dropping by to comment! I think these are stunning. You've got to come up with other designs for the non-brides though! ; )

Question?!?! I am getting my mum and sister to make this bouquet for me for my wedding next year what we you recomend for the groom to wear on hid lapel?!?!?!!?

Sandra Author Profile Page:

Oooh. Good question! I would think he wouldn't protest a traditional flower boutonniere but with maybe a shinier fabric wrapped stem?
Maybe something like this: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_0Ssmtohkvho/SeUmvj5ibrI/AAAAAAAAAlY/CpV_lZdXDSo/s400/white+rose+boutonniere+$25.jpg

I love my brooch bouquet. Amanda from Fantasy Floral is wonderful to work with and so creative. We had a blast looking for brooches at Antique stores. Most of them were in the $5-$7 range.
