Also, I wanted to dig out a past blog post on How to Shop for Vintage Online. Now you have the full vintage shopping arsenal at your disposal.

shopping for vintage can be hard work and involve a lot of travelling especially in the uk. So I do most of mine online, I guess i have different problems now in that you need a shop with good measurements, good pictures and a good returns policy. I think i’ve found such a place http://www.devoted2vintage.co.uk seems ideal (well it is to me). Good stock, always have new stock arriving, value pricing and a real community spirit which means you can ask for advice whenever and they welcome it. Give it a try works for me.
Hey Barry, I totally agree about how easy it is nowadays to vintage clothes shopping (and every other kind of shopping) via the internet.
I have some pretty cool new 60′s shirts from a few of the popular vintage clothes shop, and paying by google checkout or paypal makes it quite a painless process indeed!
The vintage revultion is here!
I shopped at devoted2vintage and unfortunately had to return an item due to it being sized wrong on the site, when i emailed them, I recieved a phone call and they were extremely rude and then put the phone down on me. Customer service there is in need of vast improvemnet
It definitely can be a challenge to find vintage clothing online, but most of the time that’s my only option. I really like going to laviecherie.com they have lots of great vintage stores listed that i’ve had really good success with!
Vintage directories, such as I Adore Style’s, help enormously
Either check vintage designers online or spend hours in vintage retailers on melrose etc.
