Karen Augusta Auctions is holding one of their famous vintage and antique fashion and textiles auctions. On the auction block are 400 lots of couture & vintage clothing, accessories, designer jewelry and rare textiles that have been consigned to to them by the Brooklyn Museum, the Chrysler Museum, the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Goodwill Collection of Dayton and selections from more than a dozen other institutional & private consigners. The specialty sale next Wednesday begins at noon at St. Paul Auditorium – 60th & Columbus – in midtown Manhattan. Everything will sell that day.
