Vintage novelty purses are my don’t-make-me-think style savers. A normally plain jane outfit is instantly lifted to great style status with one of these unique little bags.

But this pretty little hand painted bag from the 30s really caught my eye. A violet flower delicately painted on one of the most feminine symbols of all time — a fan.
